Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at  if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Resourceful Leader Network is a leadership consulting business, founded by a long-time friend and ally of Military and First Responder leaders, specifically to serve leaders in the First Responder Community. My goal is to provide a calm and confidential space for First Responders Leaders and Prospective Leaders, as they navigate the high-stakes, multi-faceted demands from internal and external stakeholders. My goal is to provide a confidential space to speak plainly, help you set goals for  how you want to impact your department and community, and I also marshal culturally appropriate resources and tools that meet the nuanced needs you want to address.

Initial consultations are FREE and confidential, and have no commitment.

(Initial consultations are a maximum of 1 hour, typically 30 minutes but I offer an hour if you have a pressing or specific concern you would like to include in the discussion)

During initial consultations we can discuss pricing, your goals, and frequency of services.

Resourceful Leader Network "leadership consulting" is for First Responder Officers, Commanders, Admin, or those exploring leadership topics, who feel inundated with demands of their role, as well as under-resourced for the incessant urgency and high-stakes decision making.

If you've read all the books, attended the seminars, and even completed a "leadership track" program, yet are frustrated to still find yourself searching for ways to impact your day-to-day leading a team, or making positive changes in your department; you've come to the right place!

Leadership consulting is a resource designed for a pragmatic rather than theoretical strategies.

Your department's location, culture, history, local public relations, union relationships, and the tax-bracket of the community you serve, (and much more) all have an impact on how you lead.

Given the confidential nature of consulting or coaching, I don't disclose the names of clients, and I'm careful about broadcasting first responder resources (we all know sometimes they're amazing, sometimes they're ...meh.) I don't believe there is any one resources that "every first responder should know"

However, people who know me know I have a national network of resources, mostly because I just listen and pay attention to what first responder and military friends tell me helped them. I tune in to some of the major vetted resources (IAFF, FOP, 100 Club, and other reputed organizations also follow or collaborate with most these)

Ultimately, the choice of the word "Network" came down to one thing: I truly love connecting people with their own peers and expert companions. I'll stand with you any given day (or night) but I have a high regard for the brotherhood/sisterhood, that is formed in deep trenches.

If you are looking for a resource or wondering if there even is such a thing as [x], please ask me - drop me an email or DM me on Instagram (@ResourcefulLeaderNetwork) and I'll happily share the best resources I know.

Please email tasha@resourcefulleadernetwork.com with your questions and I'll be glad to reply (please allow 1-2 business days).

Please note that pricing is based on contracted services so I am not able to email prices for services.
